Getting Started with ConnectHub

Creating an Account

To create a ConnectHub account:

  1. Click the Register button in the top right corner of any page
  2. Enter your preferred username, email address, and create a password
  3. Check the box to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  4. Click Create Account
  5. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account

You can also register using your Google or Facebook accounts for a quicker setup.

Setting Up Your Profile

After creating your account, we recommend setting up your profile:

  1. Click on your username in the top right corner
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Add a profile picture, cover photo, and bio
  5. Include your interests to help us recommend relevant forums and users
  6. Click Save Changes when you're done

A complete profile helps other users connect with you and enhances your ConnectHub experience.

Finding and Joining Forums

ConnectHub organizes discussions into topic-specific forums:

  1. Click on Forums in the main navigation
  2. Browse featured forums or use the search function to find specific topics
  3. Click on any forum to view discussions
  4. Click the Join Forum button to become a member
  5. Joined forums will appear in your personalized sidebar for quick access

You can join up to 50 forums with a standard account.
